The crisp, clean air, the flowing waterfalls, and the breathtaking scenery were simply amazing. I recently took a girls’ trip to Tennessee, and I was in awe of the rich culture and the stunning natural beauty. It's a world apart from the flatlands of Northwest Ohio.

What’s a hike without a camera to complete that classic tourist look? I brought mine along and snapped over 600 photos—each one trying to capture the magic around me. But honestly, even the best photo couldn’t do justice to what I saw.

As I hiked, I kept saying, “I could stay here forever,” and I meant it. Every moment felt like a gift, one I fully embraced—right up until my camera battery gave out! Still, the views, the energy, the mountains... it all stayed with me. Some people take these landscapes for granted. Not me. I cherished every second.
